Are procured from a couple of
small lots in Antigua 
Guatemala. Currently all of our Antigua coffees come from Luis Minas farms in San Miguel Escobar.

NOTES

Bright fruits and above normal acidity levels.

Recommend roast -  med to dark

VARIETIES: Bourbon Caturra Cautaí

PROCESS: Experimental/Washed

NOTES

medium body with a ripe dark berry notes

rich dark chocolate finish

low acidity

great for cold brews 

Recommend roast - light med to med/dk

ALTIDUDE: 1600 meters

VARIETIES: Cautaí

PROCESS: Washed

 

NOTES

Light body with a mandarin citrus note

medium acidity

great for your second cup
