Together, we aged green coffee in a whiskey barrel for four months, resulting in a truly exceptional brew. As the coffee beans age, they released humidity, only to re-absorb moisture filtered through the oak staves of the barrel. This process adds depth to the profile, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
With tasting notes of bright fruity tones, accompanied by hints of vanilla and oaky nuances from the barrel, this coffee is a delight for the senses. It is particularly well-suited for cold brew or as a post-dinner drink, promising a memorable and satisfying experience.
